GLOBAL  ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS s.r.l.

AN INNOVATIVE PMI FOR THE ENERGY TRANSITION

WITH THE PROJECT

SEWAT

(Sustainable Energy by Waves Trap)

or hydroelectric power from the sea

Why?:

The actual high use of energy derived from fossil fuels is necessary to guarantee the current level of quality of life in the developed countries and it allows the growth and evolution of developing countries, but it creates a disequilibrium in the natural balance of the planet.

The use of fossil fuels has countless consequences, such as the accumulation of CO2.
Attention should also be paid to the atmospheric oxygen consumption and the irreversible "creation" of "combustion" water, which increases the planet's water resources and contributes, together with the melting of glaciers, to the rise in sea levels.

New energy strategies must be sought in order to avoid reaching irreversible and catastrophic effects on environmental disequilibrium.

The survival of the planet requires that future development be totally and truly sustainable. This implies the progressive renunciation of fossil energy by providing energy supply, in a sustainable way, from renewable sources.

The energy possessed by sea waves is a fully and truly sustainable form of energy which, if appropriately captured, could contribute to meeting energy needs.

IN A SHORT TIME IT IS NECESSARY:

REDUCE THE USE OF FOSSIL ENERGY

INCREASING THE USE OF SUSTAINABLE ENERGY

SEA WAVES ARE AN ENERGY RESERVE WHOSE ENERGY IS CONSTANTLY WASTED CAUSING COASTAL EROSION

Maintenance only concerns the panels with the mobile gates and the turbogenerators. On-site operations consist of the rapid replacement of the assemblies for workshop maintenance. Maintenance operations do not require production downtime.

GECO - Global Engineering Constructions was founded in 2001. Since 2019, it has been registered as an Innovative SME, having focused its activities exclusively on the development of the SEWAT project.
All operations related to the construction of the SEWAT prototype were entrusted to specialized companies in the sector that possessed the requisites required by the particular nature of the works.
